By using this website, placing an order, or engaging with CavCaz in any manner, you confirm that you:

  • Consent to any communications from CavCaz via email, phone, WhatsApp, or social media

CavCaz reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with an effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Obligations

Customers must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or placing orders, including:

  • Full name, delivery address, phone number, and email address

  • Accurate Shopify order ID when contacting support

  • Payment details via secure website checkout

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delayed deliveries, inability to process returns, or order cancellation.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders must be placed online via the CavCaz website. CavCaz does not accept cash on delivery.

Payment Requirements:

  • Payments must be made through the website’s secure checkout using accepted credit/debit cards.

  • Payment is required before order processing and dispatch.

  • CavCaz reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Order Confirmation:
Once payment is received, a confirmation email is sent, containing order details, Shopify order ID, total amount, and estimated delivery or pickup information. Customers should review this information carefully and contact support if there are any discrepancies.

4. Delivery Responsibilities

CavCaz provides delivery in Tbilisi and across Georgia via Trackings.ge. Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Being reachable via phone/WhatsApp during delivery windows

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package

CavCaz is not liable for delays caused by Trackings.ge, incorrect customer information, or unforeseen events such as weather or traffic. Tbilisi deliveries are handled by CavCaz team members, who strive for timely delivery.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, including:

  • 14-day return window for eligible items

  • Factory defects are eligible for full refund or exchange

  • Used or improperly handled items may be refused

6. Product Liability and Safety

CavCaz products are intended for sports and protective purposes only. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Proper training and safety precautions must be followed

  • Products are imported, inspected, and quality-controlled, but minor manufacturing variations may occur
