How to Return

Customers have two options for returns:

A. Tbilisi Returns:

• Bring the product directly to our storage location: 44 Jinvali Street, Tbilisi.

• Present your Shopify order ID or order confirmation for verification.

• Ensure the product is in returnable condition according to the guidelines above.

B. Regional Returns:

• Ship the item via postal service or courier to CavCaz.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

• Include your Shopify order ID, contact details, and a note explaining the reason for the return.

• CavCaz recommends using trackable shipping to avoid lost items.

Step-by-step:

1. Contact support to notify us of your return.

2. Prepare the product, packaging, and order ID.

3. Deliver to store or ship regionally.

4. CavCaz will inspect the item upon receipt.
