CavCaz accepts returns for items that meet specific conditions. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligible returns include:

  • Items with factory defects or damaged during shipping.

  • Items that are slightly used or tried once, provided they remain in good condition.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gloves or protective gear that have been used extensively, drenched in sweat, or damaged due to training misuse.

  • Items that show signs of improper care, including tearing, stains, or other avoidable damage.

  • Used items that do not have a factory defect.

Important: All returns must include the original packaging, labels, and accessories, if applicable. CavCaz reserves the right to inspect returned items to confirm eligibility before issuing a refund or exchange.
