• Delivery Time: Orders are dispatched typically within 2–3 hours of payment confirmation during business hours (08:00–22:00). Orders placed after hours are processed at the start of the next business day.

• Scheduling: Customers receive a phone or WhatsApp call to confirm a convenient delivery window. We aim to meet your preferred time whenever possible.

• Delivery Fees:

  • Orders up to 5kg: 5 GEL

  • Orders over 10kg: 10 GEL

  • Orders ≥ 80 GEL are eligible for free shipping (limited-time promotion across Georgia).
