Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once payment is confirmed, customers will receive a confirmation message via the email provided at checkout. This confirmation includes:

List of products ordered, including quantities and selected variations
Total payment amount
Estimated delivery or pickup details

For Tbilisi deliveries, the CavCaz team contacts customers before arrival to confirm a suitable delivery time. For regional deliveries, packages are shipped via Trackings.ge, and tracking codes are provided for monitoring the order. Customers can track their shipments at trackings.ge or contact Trackings.ge directly.

Tracking ensures transparency and allows customers to monitor the progress of their delivery, estimate arrival times, and contact support if issues arise. Our team remains available to assist with any questions about delivery status.
