Modifying or Canceling an Order

Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipment. Once an order is in preparation or already dispatched, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

To modify or cancel an order:

2. Provide your Shopify order ID and clearly state the requested change or cancellation.

3. If the request is received and validated before dispatch, CavCaz will process the change and confirm the update to you.

Refunds, when applicable, follow the Returns & Exchanges Policy. Orders canceled after dispatch may incur delivery fees, as regional shipping is managed by Trackings.ge.
