Exchanges & Factory Defects

CavCaz prioritizes quality control. Every glove and protective item is inspected before shipment, but rare defects can occur.

Exchange Process for Defective Items:

  1. Contact support immediately with order ID and photo evidence of the defect.

  2. CavCaz evaluates the item and confirms eligibility for exchange.

  3. Customers may choose a replacement of the same product or a full refund.

  4. For Tbilisi, exchange is usually same-day; for regions, items are returned via Trackings.ge.

Hygiene & Safety:

  • Gloves, headgear, and other protective equipment are strictly non-returnable if used improperly, drenched in sweat, or damaged during training.

  • This ensures safety and hygiene for all customers.

Customer Responsibility:

  • Handle items carefully during use and shipping.

  • Provide accurate contact information for smooth processing.

  • Follow instructions for packaging returns to avoid refusal.
