For customers outside Tbilisi, we partner with Trackings.ge, a reliable Georgian courier company with extensive regional coverage.

Key Details:

  • Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 business days, depending on location, package weight, and weather conditions.

  • Tracking: Trackings.ge provides real-time tracking for all shipments. You can track your parcel at trackings.ge/track using your tracking code.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically by Shopify based on weight and destination. Standard fees:

    • Small orders up to 5kg: 10 GEL

    • Large orders over 10kg: 20 GEL

  • Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any changes or updates must be communicated promptly.
